Returns

We offer a 7 day return & exchange policy on FULL PRICE ITEMS, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund or exchange.  Once confirmed, the item must be returned to us within 7 days.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags and in the original packaging.  You’ll also need your order number/proof of purchase.

Full price items purchased in person (via appointment) may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase.  Purchases made in person are not eligible for refund for change of mind.

Custom or monogrammed items are no eligible for refund or exchange, unless faulty, in which case we will rectify the fault or replace the item.

If you require an exchange, please advise us what you would like to exchange your item for so we can do our best to put that item aside for you.

To start the return/exchange process, contact us at hello@tendressestudio.com. If your return/exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return/exchange will not be accepted.

Refunds or exchanges are not accepted on sale items or items sold with a discount.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return/exchange, and confirm if the refund/exchange is approved, in which case:

- Your refund will be automatically refunded to your original payment method, keep in mind it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

OR

- We will send your exchange item to you.
