MONOGRAM ORDERS
Monogram orders have three dispatch options to select when choosing your monogram:
STANDARD - dispatches in 2 weeks via your selected shipping method
PRIORITY - dispatches in 1 week via your selected shipping method
URGENT - dispatches in 3 business days via your selected shipping method
MELBOURNE CUSTOMERS
Should you wish, you may select one of the following options at checkout:
Pick Up from our Collingwood Studio - we will be in touch to arrange a time, usually the next business day.
Courier Delivery within 15km of Collingwood is available for a small fee - dispatched the next business day.
PLEASE NOTE: it is your responsibility to select the correct shipping option to receive your order in time. We will follow the option you select at checkout, and we are unable to change or impact the delivery time once your order has been dispatched from our studio.
