Custom Silk Bags

Use our Custom Service to create your dream Silk Bag - below is a summary of the process and fees:

if the colour/ fabric is in our current collection, the price will be the same as the website listed price at the time of order confirmation
if you would like a colour or fabric outside of what is on our website, we will source this for you. There may be an additional fee for custom colours or fabrics - we will let you know the final price prior to proceeding with production.
Before you commit to a colour, we can send you swatches - there is a $10 fee for swatches, which is redeemable on your order, this allows us to process and track your swatches and ensures a smooth transition through the custom process

We can do any of the styles on our website in a colour or fabric of your choice, as detailed above
We can make variations to our current designs (for example: if you like the Bow Handle Bag, but don't want the hanging ribbons)
If you want to see some different designs, we can show you those too – just ask!

Monogramming is charged per placement (so one placement on one bag) - this is cursive or standard font, whatever you like, up to around 8 characters. You can choose as many placements as you wish.
We can do custom monogramming, for example if you have a wedding logo, there is a one off $100 fee to digitise the logo for our machinery in addition to the monogram fee.

A custom colour from our collection will take the standard 7 business days to produce.
For bags with colours or fabrics that need to be sourced, allow up to 6 weeks for the process (plus shipping time) - this is dependent on fabric sourcing, design, production schedule, and so on. Just let us know when you need the bag at the time of ordering.
Urgent orders may incur additional fees, these will be advised prior to commencement of the custom piece.
