Return Instructions

To start the return/exchange process, contact us at hello@tendressestudio.com. If your return/exchange is accepted, follow the below instructions.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return/exchange will not be accepted.

Package to be returned at your cost.  Responsibility for the goods remains with you until we've received the return package, so please ensure you keep tracking for your records.  

Instructions

1. Carefully pack the items you're returning in the original packaging, ensuring bags are neatly packaged in the tissue as received - this is imperative to ensure the bag is not crushed or damaged, if the bag is not returned in the same way it was delivered, your return may be declined.
2. Package to be returned at your cost.
3. Ensure your name &/or order number are included on or inside the return package so we can easily identify it when received, this will prevent delay in processing.
4. Re-address the package to us: Tendresse Studio Level 1, 157 Langridge St Collingwood 3066 VIC Australia. Ensure the original shipping labels are covered or removed.
