She even took the extra step of letting me know a sale was coming up and suggested I wait a day or two before placing my order, which I truly appreciated. I felt completely confident that each monogram would be done perfectly, and the turnaround time from ordering to delivery was impressively fast. The bags also arrived neatly packaged, so I was able to gift them as-is without needing to rewrap anything.
